New Day Technology was founded in 2000 and personally handles all aspects from analysis to sales, installation, service and support “In House”. We do not just sell you a system and forget you when the check is cashed. Our personnel are local and are charged with ensuring that, once installed, you and your staff are fully trained on the use of the system. We then serve as your primary point of contact for service and to answer any questions pertaining to the operation of the system to keep your system fully functioning.
New Day Technology has a local service area that covers Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, Alabama and Arkansas. Should your business have operations outside of our local coverage, we can coordinate installation and service, providing the same high level of service, through a network of trusted local providers throughout the country. New Day Technology will remain your primary contact and be responsible for satisfaction at all of your locations.
